Standard sessions last 50 minutes. Your therapist may offer longer durations based on your needs, which can be discussed during your initial consultation.

Yes, all therapists are registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists, the College of Nurses of Ontario, or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, ensuring quality and ethical standards of care.

Most extended health plans cover sessions with a Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker. Please confirm with your insurance provider. Note that OHIP does not cover these services. However, they are tax-deductible.

After paying for your session, you’ll receive a receipt. Submit it through your insurance provider’s portal, and they will process your reimbursement.
